Senior Stylist

Particularly known for his expertise in color and cutting - and one of our most renowned stylists, Ron is the Founder of Studio Booth and he now works alongside the new owners and the talented team. Born in Pittsburgh, Ron always nurtured a desire to create the very best salon adhering to international standards of excellence here in his hometown. Studio Booth is that creation. Building on extensive education, including extensive international training, he has accrued almost 50 years of experience. Ron’s skills make him a favorite among Studio Booth guests, from the latest shades to corrective coloring. His specialties include classic hair design and Keratin straightening and smoothing treatments for a perfect, silky look. Ron’s heart truly is in Studio Booth and he believes his guests deserve to be surrounded by beauty, He is committed to fulfilling this mission every day.

Izear

Senior Stylist/Texture Specialist

With over 30 years in the beauty industry, Izear has shared his passion for hair design as Studio Booth’s Artistic Director since 2000. He excels in working with all types and textures of hair while committed to maintaining healthy hair and scalp. He is dedicated to customizing a haircut, color, or texture to suit each guest’s lifestyle. Izear has been a member of Local 798 for theater and film for 25 years and volunteers at the Hillman Cancer Center with the Look Good Feel Better program. He is also certified to work with Great Lengths human hair extensions.

Matthew

Stylist/Color Specialist

Matthew is very grateful and proud to be a member of Studio Booth since its inception. As a stylist, Matthew brings over 40 years of experience and training with many beauty industry leaders, such as Sebastian, Toni & Guy, Wella, and Phyto/Subtil, to name a few. With a focus on haircutting and color, Matthew brings a solid foundation and understanding, kept fresh with constant curiosity and education, to each of his guests. Matthew’s work has also appeared in print, on the stage, and screens of all sizes.

Daniel

Cut and Color Specialist

Daniel is joining the Studio Booth team with over 20 years experience in the beauty industry. He has great passion for precision haircuts and creating the perfect color for each guest. He is also trained in corrective color. He loves all color services - blonding to vivid shades. Daniel has been certified with Brazilian blowout treatments, and he is certified with extension services to add length or create thickness.He is dedicated to staying current with style trends. With this commitment, he is eager to work with every client to achieve their best look!

Raymond

Stylist/Texture Specialist

A master of the art of textured hair, Raymond boasts a profound expertise in styling, cutting, and nurturing diverse hair types. With 40 years of experience, he has become a sought-after stylist known for their innovative techniques and personalized approach. Raymond is celebrated for empowering clients to embrace their natural beauty, guiding them through transformative hair journeys. He specializes in textured hair using Ouidad techniques, keratin smoothing treatments, and relaxers.

Diana

Stylist/Color Specialist

Diana’s career as a hairstylist and master colorist began with an exceptional education in the United States and Europe at Vidal Sassoon, Paul Mitchell, Toni & Guy, Trevor Sorbie, Wella, Clairol, and Pierre Alexander. Diana enjoys hair cutting, barbering, and hair color. Her exceptional work in unique occasion styling has been featured in WHIRL Magazine and on KDKA’s Pittsburgh Today Live.

Lizzy

Stylist/Color & Custom Cut Specialist

Lizzy has been in the beauty industry for over a decade and has been behind the chair since 2014. She specializes in Blonding and Dimensional/lived-in color. Lizzy is certified in Brazilian Blowouts and is also a Bellami-certified Extensionist providing Keratin-Tip, I-Tip, Hand Tied, Volume, and Tape-In Extensions. In addition, she specializes in men’s cuts and women’s cuts.

JESS

Stylist/Color & Custom Cut Specialist

Jess is a passionate stylist who loves designing all things hair and brows! Having earned her certification in Brazilian Blowouts & brow lamination, and specializing in custom cuts & creative color for any hair type, Jess brings her skill and expertise to the forefront of every service. Because popular styles are always changing, she prioritizes staying educated on the most recent trends to achieve every client’s desired look.
