Studio Booth salon and spa is one of Pittsburgh’s premier, luxury salons, serving our clientele for 14years. We are a driven, enthusiastic, and friendly team of Pittsburgh's top talent in hair and beauty, looking for a talented, well-established Hair Stylist to join our team.
General Responsibilities:
- Consulting with clients on styling options and treatment plans
- Listening to clients needs to determine their preferences.
- Building a personal relationship with clients to ensure return visits.
- Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating and training guests in these areas.
- Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the salon's policies and procedures.
- Perform prep work and properly clean and restock the work area as required.
- Actively promote the salon, treatments, services, and retail, as well as promotions available.
- Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
- Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
